Garlock’s STRESS SAVER® XP is an FKM gasket with raised sealing ribs designed for low-load non-metallic flanges in chemical processing, hydrocarbon refining, specialty gas, and more. Its premium grade peroxide-cured FKM fluoroelastomer provides superior chemical resistance, excelling in hydrochloric acid, hydrogen chloride gas, and low to medium pressure saturated steam. 

The STRESS SAVER® XP’s raised sealing ribs optimize performance in PVC, CPVC, FRP, and PVDF flanges, ensuring a reliable seal at extremely low torque values. Customers switching from ePTFE gaskets benefit from its live-load sealing performance, eliminating leaks caused by stress relaxation.
