Garlock diaphragm sheet material is constructed of proprietary rubber reinforced with fabric, and is offered in rolls, flat discs and molded diaphragms. Style 8798 is a premium grade Neoprene specifically formulated for the dynamic movement experienced in diaphragm applications. The 13-ounce nylon insert increases the burst strength of the material allowing it to be used for higher operational pressures. The material comes in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 0.250" to 0.625" to cover a variety of application needs.
