LUBRIKUP® cone packing and FLUID-SEAL™ Cone Packing (FSCP) are constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6222 is our performance grade stuffing box cone packing made from a proprietary rubber with graphite and PTFE flakes to increase lubrication. Suitable for use in light sweet crude with low oil-to-water ratios, High speed, long strokes, and high water cut pumping units, this material will also reduce polish rod noise in noise-sensitive areas. Available in all polished rod sizes from 1” to 1.750”. For optimal sealing use our performance grade style 6222/435 FLUID-SEAL™ Cone Packing with PTFE flakes, and for improved performance with abrasives, higher temperatures, steam, CO2 or H2S, use premium grade Style 6572 DURATUFF® with PTFE flakes.
