LUBRIKUP® cone packing and FLUID-SEAL™ Cone Packing (FSCP) are constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6444/544 DURATUFF® FSCP is our premium grade stuffing box cone packing with pressure activated center sealing rings. This unique design ensures a tight seal, holds rod lubrication, prevents slippage and reduces rod contact by 33% which greatly reduces friction thereby increasing rod and packing life. For improved abrasion, temperature and chemical resistance the top and bottom rings are made from HNBR rubber and the center rings are made from HNBR reinforced with cotton fabric. Suitable for use in heavy sweet and sour crude with high oil-to-water ratios, high abrasive content, steam (up to 350F), CO2 and less than 5% H2S. Available in all polished rod sizes from 1.125” to 1.750”. For increased lubrication and improved performance with viscous oil use premium grade Style 6577/544 DURATUFF® FSCP with brass and PTFE flakes.
