LUBRIKUP® LONG-LIFE™ packing is constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6031/435 LONG-LIFE™ with FLUID-SEAL™ is our performance grade stuffing box packing with pressure activated center sealing rings. This unique design ensures a tight seal, holds rod lubrication, prevents slippage and reduces rod contact by 33% which greatly reduces friction thereby increasing rod and packing life. The outside component is made from a proprietary rubber with graphite added for increased lubrication, and the FLUID-SEAL™ packing rings are made from nitrile reinforced with cotton fabric. Suitable for use with light sweet crude with high oil-to-water ratios and low abrasive content. Available in most polished rod sizes from 1.125” to 2.250”. Tor improved performance with abrasives, higher temperatures, steam, CO2 or H2S use premium grade Style 6444/544 DURATUFF® with FLUID-SEAL™ rod packing.
