LUBRIKUP® LONG-LIFE™ packing is constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6222 LONG-LIFE™ is our performance grade stuffing box packing made from a proprietary rubber with graphite and PTFE flakes added for increased lubrication. Suitable for use in light sweet crude with low oil-to-water ratios, High speed, long strokes, and high water cut pumping units, this material will also reduce polish rod noise in noise-sensitive areas. Available in most polished rod sizes from 1.125” to 2.250”. For optimal sealing use performance grade Style 6031/435 LONG-LIFE™ with FLUID-SEAL™ rod packing, or for improved performance with abrasives, higher temperatures, steam, CO2 or H2S use premium grade Style 6572 DURATUFF® with PTFE flakes.
