LUBRIKUP® LONG-LIFE™ packing is constructed of proprietary rubber compounds to ensure optimal performance and a long-lasting seal. Style 6574 DURATUFF® LONG-LIFE™ is our premium grade stuffing box packing made from HNBR rubber for improved abrasion, temperature and chemical resistance, with added brass flakes to eliminate salt, wax and corrosive material build up on the polished rod. Suitable for use in heavy sweet and sour crude with high oil-to-water ratios, high abrasive content, steam (up to 350F), CO2 and <5% H2S. Available in most polished rod sizes from 1.125” to 2.250”. For optimal sealing use performance grade Style 6444/544 DURATUFF® LONG-LIFE™ with FLUID-SEAL™ rod packing, or for increased lubrication use premium grade Style 6577 DURATUFF® with brass and PTFE flakes.
